IMO, "clean" when referring to a used bike means well taken care of, the bike is in very good condition(minimal scratches). Most of all physically clean overall. Doesn't have to be perfect but overall clean. No rust, grease spots. No looking like it's never been washed.

when i say it i mean clean as in smooth lines nice color bike flows well. it has a clean look even when its dirty. your just old and dont know the cool new lingo. lol jk

the older the bike, and the less the damage, and original paint is "clean" to me.

my SECA II, I just sold, (being 13 years old) looked NEWER than a lot of yalls bikes for only being 2 or 3 years. to me that is CLEAN.
