Check with state farm, they have had the cheapest rates i've been quoted for motorcycle insurance. They also helped me out quite a bit in my accident a year ago.

I've found progressive to be quite expensive for motorcycles.

$75 a year

It pays to buy cash and fix 'er up. Liability only, but haven't put much into the bike, not sure I'd like to double it in insurance.

Liabilty only is MUUUCH cheaper. Call and just ask about adding theft, you may be shocked at the rate increase. I just insured an 08 250 earlier today with a value of $3,500. Minimum coverage was $7.something a month, with theft it went up to $23. We opted for full coverage at $39/mo. I'm sure we can knock it down a little cheaper after we mention the MSF cert.

I found an agent who quoted me only $105 a month for full coverage with uninsured motorist and all that as well for the 08 CBR

I have State Farm for home and cages but they couldn't touch the rate I got from Progressive

Ok I admit... I did. Her name is Megan, and she JUST graduated high school... I mean like class of '09 just graduated.

I'm waiting for her to approve me as a friend on facebook but not holding my breath...
