Made it home alive luckily. An idiot in Montgomery in a full size truck with a long flat bed trailer did the ole left turn from the other way. I locked up the rear and had the front brakes at the threshold of lockup. I skid 30 or 40 yards and just aimed for the yellow stripe in the middle of the road. I missed the trailer by about a foot according to Squoddy. I was in the right side of the lane when I should have been in the left. Still pulling my undies out of my back side.

LOL. It was under the jacket, so how would he know I had it on?

LOL.

Just got home. Tired but had a great time today. Good to meet more MH peeps! Thanks to Cali and the rest of the crew for getting us there and back in one piece! That was a 215ish roundtrip for me. Look forward to the next ride with the Forest Gnomes!

Yeah- that was crazy. I had a pucker moment, myself. Too close for my comfort. Haha- at the next stop I yelled at him to NEVER do that again!

So- I almost ran over a squirrel, Wayne went off-roading, and a trailer tried to take out Ken. Great ride!

They WERE on the peg- but he's an ape. Have you seen him?

DNGRMOUSE wasn't in the fast group. It was swept by Texas94fs; he followed in the 'girl' group (Navajib and Lisalisa).

I was leading the '60 mph' group. Which was a little too slow for him (so he thought)... they weren't noobs, but hadn't been on the 3090 before.

So- the girls were a little too fast for him, too.

jk- he hit gravel and it scared the poopies out of him. He actually kept up very well.
