You do know it is against the law now to have any container less than 5 oz on the river right? That included Jello shots.

It's a W.O.R.D. (Water Oriented Recreation District) ordinance. Went into affect in January of this year, due to litter concerns. Don't know for sure where it is or isn't enforced, I was just told no in general for < 5 oz containers.

thats why the jello shot where made in cups that were 5 oz,

they were not filled all the way only about half and we were not breaking any laws and these cups were actually 6.2 oz with caps so it was very convenient. i made sure to read all rules before going, no reason to ruin a trip by being stupid over some little cups.
