HOUSTON, Texas - Police are searching for a suspect in a pick-up truck who fired a shotgun, wounding two motorcycle riders in southwest Houston.

Around 12:30 p.m. two motorcyclists were traveling northbound on the Southwest Freeway when an unknown type pick-up truck pulled up beside them, say officials.

Investigators say an occupant of the pick-up truck armed with a shotgun hung out the window and opened fire on the motorcycle riders.

One rider was wounded when pellets from the shotgun blast hit him in the neck and chest area, say police.

Investigators say a female riding on the back of the motorcycle was struck in the chin.

The motorcycle riders managed to pull over to the side of the freeway and call 911, say police.

Officials say both victims were transported to St. Joseph's Hospital where they are in stable condition.

Investigators say there is no desription of the suspect's pick-up truck and no motive for the shooting

No way man, I'm going to take it at face value. There's a maniac on the loose. These stupid motorcyclists probably saw him coming the other way at first with his brights on, so they flashed him with their brights causing him to have to then followup with his gang initiation and shoot them.

uhg... sorry I'll agree with the first, presuming 'NO description of the suspects pickup truck'.

Lands, read the article.

Riders flash someone coming other direction with highbeams on the freeway? ..and their going to exit, pull a u-turn and try to find the riders again?

No description of the truck what ever... no other witness'es?

It just screams that it's missing something...

If it was just some arsewipes in a pickup peppering riders, I think we'd see more reports than this single one.

My obvious attempt at sarcasm was apparently a failure. Unless you're being sarcastic in response to my sarcasm! Then by replying in a serious fashion I would be the one failing to get the sarcasm while ironically pointing out that you didn't get it. So my only option is to once again be sarcastic in hopes that you'll think I picked up on your sarcasm and have responded in kind, but now I'm stumped as to what to type that would fit seamlessly into my concerns about the sarcasm.

Fvck it. I'm just going to go get another cup of coffee.

You're using a text based forum for communication, expecting people to 'pick up' sarcasm purely on your statement with nothing to (sub commentary/emotes etc) to key readers to your actual thought process.

Sorry, I failed ESP101.

and what's the 'worry' in regards to a singular incident from 3 days ago? It's nothing new. Houston traffic is SNAFU.

Can we just hug? Front to front though, let's keep it platonic.

Sure... manly, non platonic hug. No urges to walk together on a moonlit beach or any of that .

Nothing personal mon, I see...and I post, don't think a shitload in regards to I'd be better served just staying the STFU sometimes.
