I am sure your brethren would frown on us driving our motos onto the same hill you are at by the Herman Moore sculpture.

P.S. timed exposure with no flash will give you the night shot. Plus with a timed exposure you could use a flashlight to "touch up" the bikes with light for a second or two and background will still look like the photo taken from the top of the garage.

I've seen a bike shot at night there somewhere think it was on texas photo forum.

My suggestion would be to do a multiple exposure and blend them together.

1 long exposure without flash to get the buildings right

1 exposure for the sky

and one with a couple of off camera flashes with different color gels would make a good shot I think.

Another location might be just a few blocks from the OP.
I think it's called Sam Houston park. Right on the west edge of downtown. Several old buildings and a badass statue that is called the Spirit of Texas.
