Steering damper problem

I have a linear Toby steering damper and after a lowside, it only turns hard to the right. It turns a little hard to the left but only as if I had it at its lowest setting.

If anyone here has ever done a rebuild or knows anything about these things, your help would be greatly appreciated.

send it back directly to them so they can rebuild it. or bring it to a shop and have them contact the company and send it back.

it may just be a steering damper, but don't trust your life with a shade tree mechanic.

my hyperpro damper is leaking and i'm having Motorcycles Unlimited send it in to hyperpro for a rebuild.
