Crashing Hurts 2.0

Lowsided the gixxer this evening. I am fine, a little banged up but will survive. Will find out tomorrow how bad the bike is. Plastics are rashed but frame sliders did their job. Slight oil dip from left side. Haven't looked to see where it is leaking from yet, in too much time.
Hit oil spot when turning in intersection. end washed out. Hit the ground pretty hard. Nasty bruise on ribs. Slight hotspot on left arm. Head and back are fine. SHARK LIDS FTMFW! Head slammed kinda bad and there is no pain in head or neck. Lid didn't even get fcuked up.
Will post more when not in as much pain.

I will either do that, or I have a new lid for fiddy stuntin..........that lid will never see street/track use again, dont worry

RSI the mid range lid. Head smacked concrete pretty good. No pain in head or neck. I thought for sure I was fcuked. Waited a little bit and realized no pain. Removed gear and inspected in. Helmet fine (exterior wise, will never be used again though) and head if perfectly fine.
Only thing bugging me is my ribs. Seems like my ris love to get fcuked up when I crash.
So, now I have to assess the bike damages..........buy all new gear.........heal up a bit.........

So, if anyone wants to ride, DONT CALL ME, OR I WILL KICK YOUR !!!!

True. There is nothing going on at work at all. Just a night of movie watching and sleep.

Glad to hear you're okay man. Hopefully the bike is in decent condition too.
I was telling my friend just the other night at SB how unique your gixxer was.

What intersection was it?

Feeder road on 45 south in Galveston.
I think it is the first exit after the causeway, the one you take to get to the Strand. was coasting through intersection, starting my turn when I hit LITERALLY a puddle of oil. Anyone going down there in the next 24 hours, BE VERY CAREFUL! Didn't seem like anyone was worried about cleaning it up, even when the police showed up and I pointed it out.
It is in the right lane on the feeder road, right at the white line before entering the intersection.
