I am riding tonight.
Where:shell station @ 290 and 43rd.
When: Meeting at the shell station at 7.15. KU at 7.30.
To: up 290 to field store road, through the country roads south to I10...and ending around 8.45-9.00 at pp1.

It's a fun road with a some nice turns, few leos, and some long straights. No tricky stuff. It's a good ride, done it several times.

Call or text if you're coming: 713.480.4716

just a suggestion.

From where you start, go PAST fm362 2-3 more miles then take the Prairie View A&M Exit (can't miss this). Go about 1/3 of a mile in and turn left at the first light. this is the beginning of FM 1098 North which is very fun with a nice big bend right away. 1098 later turns (hah! literally) into FM1488 which eventually meets FM 362 (which is the road you were aiming for in the beginning).
You can go along 1098 and then 1488 which eventually meets 362. You can then go south on 362 all the way past 290 to I-10 and hit home.

There are many good turns on FM1098 north too, not too tricky but more bends per mile than 362. It doesn't go very far and finally it meets 362 again. This way you get more BENDS for your BUCKS (gas money) doing the 1098-1488-362 than just smaller part of 362

try this:

http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?doflg...9,4.943848&z=8

originally the ride includes only A-B-F
I added C D E which is a nice small 1098-1488-362 which is right there if you are doing A-B-F. More bends for your bucks.
