How to title bike with MSO

I purchased a new bike from out of state. The bike will arrive with an MSO. I searched on TXDOT's website for information, but did not find anything on this particular subject, so I hope you can help me.

How do I get the bike titled and plated?

thanks!

it should come with the MSO certificate. Take it and the bill of sale to your tax assessor and you will pay taxes and fees to what the bill of sale states was the sales price. Oh, get the bike inspected first and take the inspection certificate with you too. Tell the inspector that it is a new bike and he will give you the proper paperwork.
