all they ever do it have it put on deferred for you.. thats the only he was able to do for me..

does deferred start the date you got the ticket? or the date you actually go to court?

the date you get put on deferred.. which is the last court date usually.

a good lawyer like bradshaw will get it dismissed cuz he knows all the loops holes and laws. a cheap attorny liek the one yall got will just go in and deffer it. good luck

i agree with buck, have heard of some people having 20-50 tickets and all dissmissed. that is the ONLY reason u would want a lawyer as such, anyone can go in and ask for deffered. Just call the court that u got the ticket and ask about their deffered policy, i have heard that u can do it twice a year now but not sure. I would call and ask.
