Yea 25mph over the speed limit allows for the charge to go from speeding, to reckless driving, now add on top the fact you were going in and out of traffic well that's just icing on the cake... Hopefully a lesson learned.

I think its nothing more than a class A mis for the gov't jobs but I could be mistaken. (I know it is for LE)

From my side as the arrestor, not the arrestee, get a lawyer. In Fort Bend County where I work, the DA will not take wreckless driving unless there are 3 witness/complainants. I'm not trying to help you get off, I hope you don't get killed from riding like a D A! Get your lawyer to talk to the DA. With no video and light traffic, it will be reduced. Just remember, cut in and out of traffic will kill you as soon as someone like me opens a door or changes a lane in your path. SLOW down and drive normally. There are tons or retards out there with cars, bikers have low chances of surviving crashes anyways. Go to the track and "drive it like it was stolen" there. Not on HWY 6.

Get a lawyer and pay more attention.

On some level, i have to consider tickets of any kind to be a stupid tax. If you didn't see him before he saw you and adjust your driving accordingly, you're not paying close enough attention.

Dude, I seriously hope you are not implying that you have or would open your door or swerve into a lane just to jack with a biker riding like an . Please clarify your statement.

Please tell me where you got that from. They will drop you like a bad habit. I know people where rates have gone up and been dropped without notification.

Agrees with TREE. man slow the fvck down. If you want to show that you can ride fast, get on the track, then we will see how fast you can ride. It is not worth riding like a tool on the streets risking lifes. just my .2

Every squid makes this mistake, speeding and weaving. Lesson learned but much better than being dead or injured, I tell you. Now, just cough up the dough for a lawyer and get it over with.

If you have to ask these two questions than not only do you need a lawyer but also some lessons in correct behavior on the street.

Yup...lawyer up...Make sure you hire a lawyer that has experience in these type cases. Lawyers are like everything else....you get what you pay for.

I agree with what is said above...take it to the track if you have a need for speed. You can do a lot of trackdays for the amount of money spent on bail/lawyers.

should of just sat it out. probably be out and get time served before you even get your room.
now you spend 500 to bail out (you will get it back)
and lawyer for class b will cost no less than 500. some even charge over 1500 if they know the judge personally and will guarantee you'll get off with just speeding tickets or time served along with court cost. need a lawyer; pm me and ill give you the info of the one that helped me out back when i got hit with one for doing a wheelie.

Read his whole commentary again... he's telling the squid to be careful because such things can/have happen(ed).

dont worry dude, i been to the dark side before, was arrested for driving to endanger and racing competition.... at the end of the day i was released and a month down the road at the end of my court session, racing was dropped and driving to endanger was deffered! stop sweating your off. Battle it out with the DA and you be suprised of the results, majority of these cases they more likely to cut the charge in halves
