Can't decide on which bike

Been in the market to pick up another older sport bike since I sold my interceptor to a coworker.

I plan on buying one or the other later today but am having a hard time deciding which.

bike #1 1996 Suzuki Katana gsx600f. Now this bike is right down the road from me and has a decent paint job and aftermarket yoshi pipe on it has 27k miles. But what worries me the most is I think it will be to slow for me and what bikes I am used to.

Bike #2 1997 Honda cbr600f3. All stock with under 20kmiles which I like alot, not abused like a modified bike would be. Decent tires on it really clean bike all together.

Both are priced about the same, cbr is a couple hundred more. I am really leaning towards the cbr as I think I will get to bored on the Katana pretty fast. Which do you guys think would be a better all around bike. Mostly just commuting to work and an occasional weekend getaway to brenham or San An.

Get the F3! I started out on a 1991 F2 and it was a great bike. I put 12k miles on it in a year and when I sold it,it was still running strong.

well i went with the CBRf3, just had a better feeling about it, being all stock with low miles and all. Got her for $2600.
the only real issue with the bike is the left front upper fairing has a small hole in it right above the turn signal. other then that it is a great little bike for a commuter. probably going to try and put my yoshi exhaust off my 96 yzf600 on it, they look to mount and bolt about the same so i think it may fit on it.

heres some pics of it, what you all think, a good purchase?

I don't miss my 92 F2. It was great for commuting, but wore me out on long rides. Still looks like a good bike and a great deal. Mine had 45K on it when I sold it and it ran like new. Honda's are pretty reliable.
