what else makes the 09's superior to the 08's?
So there is a 53lb weight difference between the two? I would reconsider the 09 for that...

One figure(2008) is totally dry, and the 2009 spec is full weight, ready to ride.

i saw that, wonder why kawi did do dry weight for both.

If I remember correctly, the manufactors are all going to "wet weights" (ready to ride, full of gas/oil/coolant/etc). So that the consumer has a better understanding of the differences.
