Welcome to Squidville!

I was Kingwood getting my hair cut this afternoon and when I was leaving I rolled up behind two guys on a Busa and a 600RR at a red light. The guy on the 600 asked where I was riding. I told him I was going to New Caney, and he said "Cool, we're headed that way too". Then he said, "You must be hot as fck" in reference to my gear. I told him it's not that bad once you get moving and that I would rather sweat than bleed if I went down. He kind of shrugged at that.

So we get on 59 and immediately the guy on the 600 starts doing wheelies on the feeder. Then we get on the highway in rush hour traffic and the guy on the 600 starts splitting traffic erratically. I mean like from the far right to the far left lane numerous times. The guy on the Busa was a little more chilled out. So I just hung back expecting to see twisted metal and body parts everywhere. Anyway they slow down to get off at Community Dr and look at each other and thumb back at me and shrug their shoulders. I passed by and just waved. They did have helmets on and just regular street clothes. Nothing these guys did made me think they were cool at all.

I said all of that to say this. Be careful out there people. Save the crazy riding for the back roads where others and yourself won't get hurt. And wear that gear because if you crash without it you will sure wish you did.

And if those guys are members on here I'm not trying to disgrace you or anything. Just want you to be safe. You have people texting and on cell phones that are not paying attention and all they have to do is make a lane change without looking and it's over. End of rant.

Yes sir, it is sad to see. I swear by your description given that I have ridden by these guys before. When this one guy started the wheelie action I just kicked it down and passed the guys. I don't want to be the one to run over some motorcyclist when he goes down from clocking it.

I like watching squids stunt in rush hour traffic.

Makes me look like a on two wheels when I actually show up where we were suppose to be going.

I love squids. They're so much fun to watch. The lengths these guys will go to try and look cool is remarkable. So I've been hunting squids for about a month now. I have several sweet squid pics I even got the wife involved in the action. After I get a few more I'm going to post up my collection. I promise you guys won't be disapointed I'll give you a hint to one. It's a 300+ pounder

you would be surprised how hard these guys are to catch (in a four banger tacoma) and to get colse enough to catch them with a camera has proven tricky I only have a fraction of the squids I've seen. they always seem to get away

Hooli isn't as bad as he use to be.

As for the squid pix; there is a dedicated thread for it in offtopic...
