i need help on rebuilding a K5 GSXR 1000

i threw a rod on the original motor, so i bought a motor with a spun rod bearing for 300 bucks. i've already broke that engine apart. does anyone know where a good machine shop for a 1 liter motor? where are there good sites on the internet where i can buy some bearings, head stubs, head gasket and all the seals etc?
