its not a matter or riding wide open or not. what if you hit a bump and grab a handful of throttle? before you know wtf happened you're screaming at 90 doing a power wheelie in a residential area (totally badass btw). now think about the same throttle input on a 500 or a 250, huge difference. anyways, back to the regularly scheduled thread jacking... bewbs

All I'm saying is I bought a SS 600 for a first bike and Im doing fine!!! Just because it is your first bike doesn't mean it's an instant death wish!

It has nothing to do with gender. The Gixxer is a more forgiving bike, relatively speaking.
