Welcome to the family and the leg humping.

Please consider full gear: jacket, gloves, boots and helmet. I highly recommend knee/shin protection as well. Many new riders skimp on gear or overlook it entirely. Please ride w peeps that know how to ride w new riders and block traffic, etc so you dont pick up bad habits. Best wishes and we'll see you on the road.

There is alot of good on this site, unfortunately women do receive alot of attention.

Sounds like you have a good head on your shoulders w gear. For further ideas/info see the 'safety gear' section of the forums for opinions, past threads.

Hello! Welcome to MH! WOW! You have HUGE . Are they real???

Good luck on your first bike, but, please, don't buy it new and then ride it on the track... IF you go down on the track you may be stuck paying for a bike you can't ride, but still have to pay for (and pay to fix).

Save your monies and get something used to start on- just to learn. I'm sure plenty of ppl on here will be happy to tell you how many times they dropped their first bike in the first few months... it's not worth it to break your pretty new toy. And you WILL drop it- just happens. Then, when you're ready (usually about six months of reg. riding) go buy your brand new R6.

***My cousin bought a brand new R6 in Jan (wouldn't listen to advice from others) and he's dropped it plenty and already spent $$$ fixing all the that broke- not to mention the beautiful plastics are scraped now.

Hello welcome to MH. I think a super sport 600 is not a bad choice for a 1st bike. Thats what I bought for my first sportsbike. You just need to make sure to respect its powah! You'll be doing wheelies in no time haha JK...

Make sure you always wear your gear. It saves lives period!!!

MSF is a smart option!

I'm glad to hear you are wanting to do a track day. It took me almost a year before I wanted to roll up on the track. I'm glad I did thanks to the convincing of CDill. I'm a better and more aware rider than ever. It will improve your skills drastically!

Anyways enough of the boring stuff. Have fun on MH its a great place to meet new people to ride with.

First let me point out that not all lesbians are interested in you (or me, for that matter). So, she would probably be more than willing to help you out or answer any questions you have. And, chances are, she is happily involved, and won't even notice you.

There are a handful of women on here who ride and LOVE to ride. There are also some girls on here we call curbmonkeys, because they do not ride. Most of them started out dating somebody on here and when they broke up, the girl just stayed to get attention and meet other guys- that's why everybody was commenting on Amber and Scatter coming in your welcome thread and being mean to you. BUT you want to ride, so you don't get the treatment!

You can ask ? in PM's or just post a thread about anything you're curious about. If you ask noob ?'s then we're sure to tease you, but you seem like you'll be able to take it!
