DUDE! I used to own that exact same bike. It's been a couple of years now, but I got it from a guy in South Houston, and it was in pretty bad shape. My friends and I were gonna track it out, but never had the time or money to fully do it. It had been down (on Red Bluff, I remember!) and the rear subframe was all outta wack. You can see the dents on the tank.
Anyway, after sitting around my house for several months, we sold it. It already had all the racing parts (carbs, brakes, etc), but it looks like this new owner did a much needed valve job on it.
That's just crazy. It's such a small world!

That's my bike. You guys lived right on the water down in Dickinson, right? I remember you had that 250 ninja - glad I picked up this bike before Ike got it too.

I went over everything like I planned to keep it. It's a fun bike on the street, but like the ad says I'd like to get something better for track days now. If it doesn't sell I might try to wrestle it around the track at MSR-H in a couple of weeks.
