I'd expect you to be using half crutches(euro crutches) to help strengthen up those arms.... the ink on your sleeves are starting to run together from all that downtime from the bike. I'd think you'd want more surface space...

Heck I knew they had redesigned the vmax and I just assumed that was it. I thought it was a big improvement too.

I go back to the gym next week for my upper body workouts have to give my body time to get the anesthetics out, that sucks
