There are lots of trails- some super muddy, some pretty dry. Some hills (I flipped down one last time we were in there). And it's about 2000 acres- So, room to play! FUN times!

It's VERY heavily forested- I doubt you'll find the copter when it goes down! Prob not the best idea for a forest dirty ride. My yard is only a little over an acre, so it's prob not great for the copter, either.

AH! missed the "forest dirty ride part" (HOW did i do that???) i thought it was a big open clearing like a grass runway or something. (again how did i miss that!?)

yes, heavily wooded area, and an airborne 3000 RPM buzzsaw do not mix. thanks for the clarification! just saved me a lot of money
