Recommendations for bike painter

This would be for full-bodied fairings, off bike.

I have a friend asking and I knew there were a few on here but can't seem to find the recommendations.

just wondering..what is a decent price range to get all the fairings painted? nothing fancy mind... probably on maybe two tone?
