its the same with cars, they were designed for a certian type of driving and yet people still make them go straight and do curves, so what the difference ?

i love drag racing motorcycles, and i love motogp, and stunters. im into all styles of motorcycle riding ( just cause i like doesnt mean i can do it )

i have a stretched bike because i like the way they look same reason people paint there bikes or add lights etc.....

true motorcycle enthused people should be open to all types of riding, racing, and customizing IMO. stop with all the bullsh*t hating
1. Why should I have to have an open mind?

2. I think its just as dumb when someone drags a porche so I'm not "playing favorites" on types of vehicles

3. I'm enthused by bikes, so I have to like all bikes? I'm enthused by . By your logic, that means I have to be open to taking it in the (aka "all types of ")? Thats absurd.

4. THE FSCKING OP ASKED! I GAVE MY HONEST OPINION. IT WAS THE POINT OF THIS THREAD. ****, its not hating when someone asks for it.

Dude...I answered the question. Whether you like the answer or not is not something I really care about.

My first experience drag racing on bikes was with badzx in Sealy.

Nice thing about that track we were allowed to run constantly.

Otherwise, put me on a tree and my timing will consecutively be off. I think our last heads up(badzx14r) my reaction was somewhere around 1.4s lol.

Its fun, but not my preference.

Agreed.
I've ran my 636 and my 10R @ HRP.
It's definately fun, but I'm NOT getting into the sport.
If I had the $ to do it would I? Maybe, but I'll choose roadracing over it any day of the week. Both sports require skills. PERIOD. I think one requires more than another, but that's a whole nother argument in itself.

No need to profile when you lay it out so easily for me. This king-, big-swinging-, -don't-stink, I'm-a-better-human-being-than-you-because-I'm-faster attitude is quite prevalent in drag racing circles, and I can't stand it.
