GSXR FORK REBUILD???

I own a used 03 gsxr 600 and Ive been told that the forks may need a rebuild. When I get the seals replaced should I replace the valves as well? Is there anything else I should rebuild while in there? What brand should I use?The bike is not going to be used on the track till next year. Thanks

I had the suspension attempt to be set-up but they where unable to get proper height of 33mm. They said it would only adj from 44mm to 43mm after the attempt.

What shop should I trust
Shops can chime in with pricing via pm or post

I've heard that Metric Motorcycles in the Heights does a great job rebuilding and setting up forks and shocks.

Motorcycles Unlimited is a site sponsor and does indubitably good work.

There's no way to tell if I need spring? How often do springs go bad if they ever do and what would cause it?

I bought the bike used so I'm not sure how the bike was riden before(wheeled or stoppies)
