Noobie here

Newbie here from NW side of town (JV area). Moved here recently from Chicago .... chicagoriders.com is my old school crew and looking for a new group of peeps to ride with. I'm sure you guys have a "who's riding forum", but haven't explored the site just yet. Anyways, hello!

Thanks for the welcome folks. I generally keep the rubber side down when riding, but occasionally enjoy a 2nd gear wheelie or rolling to the stop light on one wheel to scare the out of the cagers. Here's some pics from 2 seasons ago.

I actually live near Hwy 6 and 290 (in Copperfield). I have been here in Houston for a year and a half, but the bike has been on lock down as I spun a bearing Thanksgiving of '04. I picked up a used motor from a wrecked bike (the thing only has 8K miles on it) for $600 and I did the swap myself. Put it in the shop for a tuning and new tires (well, race take-offs). Should be up on the street tomorrow.
