we bought our house for 70K and now its 93K .... but they have no way of seeing whats done to the house..

Cool find. My house says about the same as I paid for it 4 years ago but it has recently appraised for about $20k more. Where do those numbers come from?

and the stuff we have done kicks the value up alot more too.. new fences hard wood floors. marble here and there.. 3 pane windows.. new garage doors.. soon everything is getting repainted..a deck is going to be built in the back yard soon and a jacuzzi put in... i cant wait til i take over ownership lol
