I see it now. My bad. The key swap was an awsome new trick. Me and Tree were standing there and we got creative!

on the freeway, did anyone happen to see if i had exhaust plumes when getting ion the throttle, or when engine braking?

i swapped out exhausts, carbs, filter pods from my other bike yesterday, to do some tinkering/trouble shooting. and this bike still acting the same.

i think the red bike needs possibly new rings. going thru oil like a MF. its not nearly on par with my other one.

just curious if anybody saw anything on the way out,or going back.
I was behind you several times both ways & really didn't notice anything unusual. If it was there it was very minor. Are you seeing unusual high oil consumption?

Rings or valves as Matt suggested.

If performance is down also, do a compression check, then add a little bit of oil to the cylinders and do another compression check. If the values go up alot, your rings are not as loosing ability to hold compression.

Otherwise, valve stem grommets can cause leaks into the cylinders as well.

Sorry for the repost (is that a double fail that it was my own?)

I was on my phone and it didn't show that it posted - so i did it again.

And then realized that he HAD said something about his oil burn being higher.

Is it 5 o clock friday yet?
