need a lil more from my bike.

hey guys got a 03 636 and was looking to add some things to give it more power, all stocked , have k/n filter but need some ideas.

Altering gearing is the best bang for your buck period.

Gearing would be the cheapest with the greatest results. You could spend 2k on an exhaust system/pcm and mapping vs 120 on sprockets and only have noise to show for it w slower trap times(if you wanted acceleration.)

That bike was designed for cornering. I admit I have contemplated using a lawn mower to trim my fingernails since its so efficient...

Your rpms will be higher due to the gear change and you will lose a little bit of top end. Otherwise as they mentioned it may be time to get a different bike if you're looking for acceleration.
