where should i dyno my bike? PC 3 in

Hey guys I finally got my PC3 for my Sv1000s 2k7 I am down here for the week and was wondering where I should get it custom tuned to? Or to make sure the map that is on is close enough. Also how much should i see paying for a map. Thanks
