speaking of handicap parking.. someone at pp1 last night stopped in the handicap parking so his girl can get a drink, cop pulls up, starts writing a ticket, driver starts getting angry, gets handcuffed and puts in the back of the cop car, then is let go afterwards with a ticket.

because i have an uncle that had polio and cant walk. so i know how those ramps operate. they fold down not slide out. so clearly you can see that someone pushed it over (<- made me think of that guy on princess bride.) so that is damage to someones property. it would not have folded out and flat if the motorcycle was not moved. someone lay a 500lbs bike and try and move it.

well someone strong knocked it over

and the doors have to be opened from the outside for the ramp to be operated. so she may have been in the passenger side of the van (sans passenger seat) in her wheels. her driver had to have gotten out magically made the bike take a nap opened the doors lowered the ramp and let her out.

who is an ? pyro. jk the guy on the m/c
who was wrong? the broad w/ wheels
who really gives a ? no one it wasnt any of our bikes. hopefully we have enough respect to not do like that

agreed, except IF the wheels chick did knock it over on person. then they were both still in the wrong.

What you want a list?
Amount of H/C parking is so variable it's funny as heck.
Their abused because enforcement of a lot of things are stretched
thin and there are so many lazy, for brain . I'd hazard a guess some places put in so many extra h/c spots for that very reason.

lots of em

probably a staged photo,
who is going to go into a starbucks with all the glass windows and watch while all of this happens? where is the rider?, if it was me, which it wouldnt be in that spot, but if it was my bike and it was rightfully in the spot, you would bet you would see me in that photo.

no matter what, where is the rider at? it would take a second for someone to run out and say WTF?
