so who's the bigger a-hole?

The motorcyclist for parking in the handicapped spot or the handicapped person for deliberately knocking over the guy’s bike?

so who's the bigger a-hole?

It seems like a lose, lose situation to me. The disabled person still can't get out of the van.

the handicapped person. he did not damage anyones property. they on the other hand felt that since they are handicapped they have the right to do whatever they want because people should feel sorry for them.

a few honks of the horn to get the motorcyclist out and politely ask to move the bike is all that it would have taken.

Interesting situation. Initially I would of course think that if the handicapped person did this knowingly and with malevolence, then definitely he/she is a grade A .

But do we know for certain it was deliberate?

Do we know for certain that the handicapped person doesn't just have TERRIBLE spatial relations?

Need more info on that.

The biker is dumb for parking there. He/She is also a douchebag.

The fact that the handicapped person sucks at life doesn't invalidate the fact that the biker is a punkass with no respect for gimps.

i think the pic is a fake.... wheel chair ramps fold down and i dont think it would've knocked the bike over to the right... Not for sure though.

Why didnt the wheelchair guy just go thru the drive thru? ...lol

The biker, since they put the bike in a no parking spot they get what they deserve. Just because you ride a bike doesn't make you special. Park in a spot designed for parking, not walking.

the motorcycle will get a ticket.
the handicapped will get sued for knowingly damaging someones property.
couldve just called the cops instead of taking the law into your own hands.
