No expert in electrical or anything, but when the fuse keeps blowing, my experience has shown to be an issue with some of the wiring.

If the fuse keeps blowing. More than likely have you have a short to ground, meaning ur reference voltage to run the indicator lights is going straight to grnd. no load, so amperage is over powering the fuse and popping it.
- two was to pop a fuse is (+amperage)overload it, and (-)ground.

quick FYI- 3 subjects to an electrical system voltage(V)/amperage(A)/(ohms)resistance
Voltage is the path in which runs to your load (lights, horn etc) Amperage is the push which runs/turns on the load, Resistance is to regulate amperage(the load, wiring, switches) all add resistance that the amperage has to push through to run the system.

ex: 12v(battery)---switch(on/off)-- load(lightbulb)ohms*---ground

hope that helps u understand. try and get ahold of a wiring diag to see what color wires what switches and fuses are inline with that system

BTW gr8 bike!! same here=05 CBR 6RR
