Buyers guide on used bikes?

There used to be a sticky in the for sale section that covered what to look over on a used bike, and links to the title transfer page and all that, anyone know what happened to it? That was the reason I originally joined was when I was linked here to that. Selling my bike today and went to look for i to print out the transfer paper but it's gone.. I found the 130-u but was just curious what happened to it?
