Looking for motorcycle parts I can get today or tommorrow HELP?

I have a 2001 honda 929 Erion racing edition any of you guys who know of a dealer who has these parts or can get them by tommorrow. I have completely rebuilt this bike with a friend and these are the last lame little parts. I bolt that holds on the fuel line and has two crush washers on it. Here are the numbers from bike bandit not sure if this is the dealers numbers.

washers that have been ground flat will seal just like crush washers.

A crush washer is just a lightweight (malleable) aluminum washer...
(unless I am thinking of something entirely different)

I would guess you could use a teflon washer as a quick temp fix..

copper washers would work too.

any hardware store will have a grommet section. rubber or plastic will not hold up to gas.

As long as the I.D. is the same for the bolt, you should be golden.

As for the bolt, is it a banjo bolt? if so that is a problem. Call Patrick at Motorcycles Unlimited asap.

I would hit up an autoparts store for brake banjo bolts and washers, if you know the thread pitch and diameter. NAPA would probably be better than autozone, or O-Riellys

12 mm banjo bolt and 12 mm washers, im just thinking of crush sleeves that are really not reuseable.

in all honesty, you can reuse crushwashers. overtime they may leak but you are correct; only designed to be used once. Doesn't mean we dont do it in the field.

any autoparts store will carry crush washers in various sizes. do you have a picture of the bolt you need?

yup, O'Reilly, Autozone, Advanced... they aren't usually known for the brightest counter help on the planet. There are exceptions, but few and far between.

I take it you are still on the hunt for the parts.. give Patrick at Motorcycles Unlimited a holler and maybe he can point you somewhere.

I looked up the rear brake banjo bolt on the ZX12 but I can't find sizing.. if you can verify it's the same you can have it and the washers off it...
