Sorta Kinda New....mostly to MH!

Just wanted to drop my first post here. I am a former Mustang and Ford forum veteran, but a newbie to bike forums. I have ridden motorcycles/dirt bikes on and off for awhile.

After dirt-bikes and friends' bikes, my first street machine I rode was my dad's 1450cc HD Dyna-glide SS. I wanted to check out the superstreet side of bikes and I just bought a 1997 Kawi ZX-6R.

Had it for 36 hours, and then dissected her to make sure she was good to go! lol. (Pics will be posted later). If anyone wants to know how the Kawi carbs work, I think I'm good to go now...

So what do I start the bidding at for the next sponsor/newb meet?! haha.

Feel free to up your post count now....

If you look hard enough youll find plenty of us on the south side. Welcome to the site and try not to pay attention to the "non-kawi" riders. They are all a little crazy.... and jealous

Thanks for the heads up! Awesome cycles sounds like a winner to me.

Just got the zx back up after doing my first carb clean/plug change. So hopefully I'll be able to come to some of these meets soon.
