MotoGP: Jerez *SPOILER*

Might as well start up a thread, free practice begins tomorrow.

Lets' try to keep any information concerning the race inside this thread. That way we don't have people coming into the Racer's Lounge, walking into the wrong thread and seeing who crashed, who won, etc.

Lets see your podium!

Going off their winter test times, and how they've looked recently, I've got:
1st: Rossi
2nd: Lorenzo
3rd: Pedrosa
(I like to play it safe )

I'd be looking for Dovi and maybe some Elias upfront, maybe Caparossi early on. Let's not forget, Gibberchoke knows the track pretty well.......I don't think he has the tools right now, however.

It's ok. It's kind of an old joke. So you wouldn't have understood anyways unless you've been watching for a few years.

I knew Caparossi would be in the mix.

Pedrosa must be sandbaggin it, he's really fast at this circuit........

Of course Lorenzo and Dovi are right there next to each other.

Wow.....Stoner is up there. Hmmm......

Rossi is only .2 off of winter test times. Anyone want to wager he'll be in the 38's come qual time?????

Rossi was lapping consisten 39s, he will get on the 38s.

I am actually surprised to see Stoner up there, this is not his track and the duc is not too good here, does that mean that this year's package is way better than last year? YOu better fear the Duc lol

Hmm......I'm sort of skeptic of where Stoner is. Only because I think guys like Lorenzo, Dovi and Pedrosa are/were holding back a little bit or working through some issues. Casy is going to have to do a lot better than .6 off of Rossi.

I don't fear the Duc.......certainly not at this track.

If dingo gets on the podium is a win at this track. I hope for a good battle, maybe Lorenzo pulls a Rosi vs giberchock move, that will be awesome.

I really see a decent battle between Rossi, Lorenzo and Pedrosa.....given that the three of them get off the line and away from the pack cleanly.

All 3 have looked real strong and consistant lately. Plus, they're all really fast at Jerez.

I think the single Friday session is hurting Stoner and the development of the "9"

Rossi was asked at Thursday's press interview if he would pull the same move on Lorenzo if in the same situation entering the last corner as back in 04 with gibbers.
His reply roughly translated was " yea" (although he did go on to add that he never intended to make contact )

Go vale Go 46 FTW wahooooooooooooooooo
