Question affordable and reliable health insurance

guys, is your health insurance included in your motor insurance? i don't have it and am planning to get one by March. what are you guys using? i recently checked out some online quotes through www.oneshopinsurance.com they have a couple of companies there so it's cool. any suggestion would be appreciated so i could compare. thanks.

make sure you get some kinda health ins. and if you have it thru work, thats fine but make sure it'll cover you in case of an accident. they are allowed by law to discriminate if you crash on a bike, so make sure it's ok w/ your co.

Make sure that you have a bare minimum of $250,000 in coverage. That is what the average medical cost if you get in an accident when wearing a helmet. Without a helmet, don't worry about medical coverage.

i'm not in a company, so it's gonna be an individual insurance. but i don't think i have it when i was in a company before.
