sometimes I would much rather go back to riding a 2-stroke...but for most part I love my 4 strokes. The first thought of tearing into the motor is a bit intimidating, but once you do it once, you realize how simple our motors are, and it is all very simple. Adjusting valves isn't anything more than removing a bunch of to get to a valve cover, measuring, adjusting with a shim (looks like a dime with varying thicknesses), and then putting it all back together. Not much harder than an oil change, maybe a bit more time consuming. I'd rather check valves than clean an air filter.

Regardless of what you get, lets go ride!

probably not for some time...I got too many fences on the back burner. Maybe a Sunday if I breeze through a 2 day job on a Fri/Sat. We'll see. Maybe next Sunday. Only have to build 60 ft next weekend, I should get that done in 2 days.
