It is an 05 wing. Off the line and thru the 1/4 mile mark I was still in front. And there is no doubt you would leave me in the twisties. I can get this 109 to drop in for anything! Its that damm 250 on the back thats holding me back....or the lack of testicular fortitude....whatever one works
Yea, 250 are on trying to turn the thing. Your testis are probably just fine. How fast will a 109 top out?

and thanks morvegil

No, I don't "somehow feel" that Harley is doing something different. I absolutely feel they are doing something different. Straight from the showroom, HD offers an extensive line-up of bikes with variable frames, motor sizes, front/rear suspension choices, different foot control positioning choices, different handlebar choices, different seat styles, different storage options, different wheel options....

and that's all without considering their gargantuan accessories catalogue.

All I said was that they provide a greater variety.

It doesn't matter if you don't like HD's, you can hate every single one of them - but the fact still remains, they give you a ton of excellent choices and bikes with inherently different personalities to them.

There's a reason you can still buy a brand new 06 Metric even still today, while Harley's for the most part, sell out year after year.

There's always two sides to every debate, and while I understand your position, I disagree. You, on the other hand, seem to be having enough trouble just trying to "understand" what I am talking about.
