if you want a tune done right.....go to Lunsford Honda...Northwest honda i believe?

they dynotune lots of CMRA racer's bike with awesome results. not only that, but they are very well known racers themselves and don't feed bullshit numbers that other places will give you.

if anybody needs the most HP out of their bikes....it's racers, drag or roadtrack, they'll take care of ya. street only kinda guy? money spent on something else will be more beneficial in my opinion.

I believe Andy at Metric is the best here locally....If not him, then Johnny Cheese in Round Rock. Its definetly worth the 3hr trip. He tunes the fastest bikes in the country... At least 5 200+mph bikes at the Texas Mile were tuned by Johnny.....what else do you need to know? He gets $300 for a full map and it WILL take 3hrs, he goes through the map cell by cell, using the load brake to hold the engine at a certain rpm..... Tejas does not do this....

I mean for what you want, Tejas will be able to take care of you but for a more meticulous tune to get the most power at ALL throttle %s and RPMs, hit up Johnny Cheese.

www.johnnycheese.com

And no, I am not affiliated with him.

billy at tejas is the way i went. he is a real nice guy and he explains everything you would like to know about what he is doing and what the bike is doing. he did my full tune for $200. you will be fine with a stock air filter.

The numbers:
112.95HP, 42.76lb of torque

The conditions:
It was around 85* and about 60% humidity. 35' above sea level.

The mods:
-Full akra evo system
-PC V
-Auto Tune

...coincidentally, I've had the BMC race filter on order with hardracing.com for a few months, they called me this morning (The day after I got tuned) to tell me they should be getting them in on tuesday and will be shipping me mine then...aint that a ? The guy that tuned my bike says the 08 zx 10s were seeing about a 4hp increase over stock with an K&N installed. He said once I get it in hes pretty positive id hit 115hp. He also said this is the strongest 600 he's ever had on his dyno and he's been doing it for 7 years.

The graph:
SCAN0008

The pictures:
Want to get my bike dyno tuned, good shops?

You couldn't be inside the room while they were doing it, but they have a glass window you can look through, thats what this pic was taken through.
Want to get my bike dyno tuned, good shops?

I did try and see if the jumper mod worked for the 09s, it didn't.

haha, wouldn't doubt it. I thought it was kind of odd. I mean i know the new zx6s are supposed to put up good numbers, but I know there are some racers out there that are throwing down 120+ in 600s.
