If you want it done "right" you might have to pony up more than $300.

For the detail work that custom tuning is, there's no set in stone pricing.

I had Andy at Metric tune mine, but I hear Patrick does good work with tuning (I didn't know this when I had mine done).

nothing really, I've just heard it works best with a 'base tune.' I get mixed views by pretty much everyone. Seems to be 50/50 on if it will actually help.

I'm also coming from College Station, so if theres a couple shops that are equally as good, I'd probably pick the one closer to me.

Why don't you stop by K's Motorsports on May 16th? We will have a horsepower shootout on a portable dyno! If nothing else, you will come away with a baseline to start your tuning! Besides, it's only $30, and you could win a killer prize in the process!

have heard good things about billy

have had good things done by andy @ metric and patrick @ M/U

Sometimes we come across people that have more OCD than one cares to mention. Tuning an engine requires a bit of "special attention."

That being said, call Patrick at Motorcycles Unlimited or Andy at Metric. Once you've conversed with people like them, you tend to highly recommend them to others.
