I would think he has the power, but what if he romps on it with that skinny primary belt he made:laughing6 I'll bet he wont spin it and shreds the belt with a little abuse

I'm still tripped out on the brake caliper using the belt hub for a rotor,

the only reason for that is poser effect. i can not see any performance gain from that at all. More like lack of performance. they turned a good bike into a piece of poo!
