So as it goes at the moment, helmet gloves and jacket required, I can sweep since I'm on a slower bike no problemo, spirited riding for me won't be as fast as you folks on sport bikes. Everyone welcome I've ridden 3090 many many times in the past few years so no problem there. If you aren't geared up I won't stop you from riding but I will give you for it. I say meet somewhere at 10 am and ksu at 1020. I still vote for Starbucks across from willowbrook mall.

I'm not looking to do really spirited riding either.

Alright...so does anyone have a problem with the Starbucks on 249 and 1960 across from willowbrook?

Is it Saturday yet?

So I figure if anyone still wants to ride after we get to Yankees I plan on hitting the north side of 3090, it's awesome. Scenic hilly and twisty.

in the afternoon u'll get stopped running anything over speedlimit anywhere around there.

another rider passed on it and over 100 bikes strolled through there mid afternoon last weekend.

it will be hot.

It's going to be near the 90's this weekend.

Alrighty. So we'll meet at the Starbucks across from Willow Brook at say, 11:00-11:30?

Do we want to segregate the slow guys from the faster guys or just roll in one crowd?

lol, I think when he said it will be hot...he meant there would be cops all over it, so be safe and keep it at the posted limits. Multiple meanings.

Correct; I meant cops. On a memorial ride they found reason to stop people going 70 in a 60 on a country road(see Lee's vid.) Another was towed due to evading(didn't have mirrors to see the cop behind him.)

they'll stop you for any reason. make sure your stuff is up to date and ride safely.

We could just all ride at our own pace and have a sweeper for the slower moving folks. Would just have to plan out a set route. 11 am?? SBUX willowbrook at 249 1960. East side of 249, north side of 1960. I'll be there.
