Welding

I have an RC 51 duel Jardine RT-One exhaust. Here is my issued, there about a 3/4 of an inch hole in one of my mid pipes near the left rear set. Now the pipes are aluminum so to thin to weld due to the tempature of the welding tool.

I have tried a product call steel putty, doesnt work well.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Yeah, TIG might do it.
Have you looked into buying just the mid-pipe from Jardine?
