Nicely done on the pipe wrap, how much fiberglass i still stuck in your hands!!?? I've heard it's such a PITA, one reason I havent wrapped my headers.

Agreed, I think it would look awesome w/o the mirrors but I get too paranoid about who's behind me. I might buy some aftermarket mirrors though. Also, the signals were off because I was installing a chrome eliminator but didn't realize I was missing a piece until I had everything off.

Thanks, it's a rent house in a rental neighborhood. The grass actually looks really good right now, just wait til mid summer and my yard looks like a desert

Dude, you're not kidding. This was my first time ever messing with heat wrap so I did a quick google search before starting and someone mentioned buying think latex gloves. Well, I forgot and by the time I realized I was covered in the . You have to spray it with water to help it conform and the fiberglass gets EVERYWHERE

For anyone interested, the entire job only cost about $75 and I think it was well worth it. Would look nasty if the pipes were totally independent too.
