How about crouched over the tank, chin almost on the gas cap, 75mph on the freeway, helmet off, and talking on the cell..... I saw this once too. If the call is that important, pull over and then make the call! Also, I hate people that move side-to-side in the fast lane, like they're warming up their tires to do a couple laps...
