common gestures to alert others of cops ahead

I was riding down on Eldridge yesterday and notice a cop aiming radar gun at passing traffic. After passing that cop, I saw a guy on his r6 speeding in the opposite direction. I tried to let him know that there's a cop ahead, so I flashed my headlights to alert him. But i dont think he knows. How do y'all alert others of cops' presence?? I mean is there a universal or known gesture to alert others of cops are ahead??

Tap your helmet or pat the top of it a few times. If there are multiple speed traps, like League City -> Galveston, I'll hold up a few fingers afterward so people don't go WOT after the first cop they see.

Incidentally, I like to play with cruisers by flashing other signals when I get bored. So if some guy on a Buell flashes you a , or rubs their left nipple in a suggestive, circular motion from the Gulf Fwy HOV it's nothing personal, just trying to break the monotony.

And don't forget the dicknose part, otherwise they'd just be confused.

Sometimes I'll see other motocyclist motion their hand to slow down if I'm going the opposite direction when a cop is up ahead.

slow down to an annoying speed so they can pass you up angrily and get the ticket......no seriously, patting the top of your helmet seems to be the norm

+1 on tapping the top of the helmet. I always thought flashing the lights once was pretty standard for cars, not bikes.
