true on the mods ... but for 1900 ... it's a good starting point for someone just wanting to do track days and not real racing.

I'm looking for a beginner track bike. Is this a really good deal? How much work would I have to do to it?

It is/was an extremely good deal. Ohlins Shock, racetech front, yada yada yada.

I contacted seller yesterday and agreed to buy bike unseen and we were to meet this afternoon to make the deal. Even went so far as to ask him if he needed a down payment, well, he sold it this AM. Guess I should have drove up last night to get it. Unfortunately, couldn't get money out of bank after 6 pm. Oh well.

Wife actually didn't mind me having my fourth SV in four years.
