U of H.. /barf Sorry. Honestly they probably only provide list of licensed vehicles with minimum details to the Officer working. I havent looked at your bike in person, is the VIN plate still plainly visible on the frame post painting? Guy probably thought you just swapped sticker and plate to a new bike, as long as the VIN is easily visible you shouldn't have any problem getting it dropped.

i hate the HPD meter maids (the little golf cart drivers enforce your parking no?). Had one of em start chewing my while in a marked patrol car, while dealing with a "issue." They seriously need a reality check.

Fight is under way. I talked to the parking office lady and she told me that she has already talked to the officer and I won't be getting anymore tickets like that.

Maybe I did smile a little... or flash a b... Whatever works.

And nothing - not the vin, plate, permit, inspection changed location in anyway.

The appeal committee upheld the ticket. I have to pay $20.

I didn't get to talk to them or plead with them or anything. I have no idea why I was given this ticket or why I have to pay it.

I hate stupid people. Which they obviously are- WHO would alter a FREE permit- even when I got the new bike I just went and got another free permit.

Go up to the dean of students office in the UC. You can appeal it up to them since you have done the other appeal already. I don't remember what the deans name you have to speak with but ask one of the students in the office.

If you continue having issues from there let me know and I'll call someone to figure out what your next step should be.

Take a pic of the decal, and ask them how it's been altered? Insist the PROVE what you did wrong.

Well there the problem starts with you not being honest. You did not paint your bike, Tony did. So if you start like that I don't see you having a true chance getting out of that. How can they believe you now?
