Don't play hard to get, Chris. You know you like it big, hard and self-lubricating (like Delrin).

Too many to list

You are going to make that into a 10 inch rod and attach it to a reciprocating saw that you then attach to a chair.

At least thats what I saw on that email you sent me.

If you have any scraps could you let me know? I want to make some pucks to use for hand sliders when going down parking garages on the skateboard.

i'd take some more axle sliders. Mine are all jacked up.

or if you want to teach me the ways of machining delrin, i'll buy material too. were you able to pick it up locally?

eBay. A lot cheaper than local plastics places. PM me pix and dimensions of your sliders and maybe I can work out something. Maybe.

If by "creative" you mean "constantly in the gutter", then you are spot on, Mark!

i haven't been able to get out and look at my OEM 400sm sliders. my last sliders from Supermoto Engineering (i think) were shaped very similar to what you've drawn up. Those would work just as well if not better than the stock sliders.

My SE sliders that I had on the 426 had a smaller diameter portion on the backside to use a spool rear stand.

Should be pretty well universal, but does depend on axle nuts and other things to some degree.

It's just a peice of cylindrical plastic, so it can be modded as needed.
